Supervise assigned drivers and hauling activities at assigned DFA terminal.;
Receive information from dispatch to create and execute hauling plan by assigning drivers and equipment to routes.;
Create employee schedules, approve time, resolve payroll/timekeeping issues, monitor overtime, and take actions to meet goals.;
Promote safety culture and adhere to safety procedures and GMP/DOT policies; conduct investigations and corrective actions for safety concerns.;
Work with Human Resources and maintenance leadership on driver training, recruitment, and equipment maintenance.
