• Pay begins at $26/hour without CDL. After CDL has been obtained, an additional $2 increase to your hourly wage.

We are seeking a versatile Production Operator and Backup Driver to join our team. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in a technical, hands‑on production environment but enjoys the variety of getting behind the wheel when needed. Most of your time will be dedicated to plant and high-pressure cylinder production. This is an ideal position for someone who prefers being home daily the vast majority of the time while building a specialized, high-value skill set in gas production.

If you do not currently hold a Commercial Driver's License (CDL), we will train you! We offer comprehensive driver training classes to help qualified candidates earn their CDL.

• Precision Cylinder Filling:
  Safely fill industrial, medical, and mixed gas cylinders using specialized compression, temperature, and pressure methods.
• Technical & Safety:
  Execute all production duties in strict accordance with DOT, OSHA, and SAFECOR policies. Consistently utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for handling high-pressure and cryogenic gases.
• Quality Control & Audits:
  Monitor gauges, scales, and testing equipment to ensure all cylinders meet strict purity and safety standards. Perform customer tank audits and hardware inspections.
• Warehouse Flow & Inventory:
  Manage cylinder inventory, organize materials, and safely load/unload delivery trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks to maintain a safe, efficient workspace.

• Local Routes:
  Deliver compressed gas cylinders, liquid cylinders, and hard goods to regional branches and customer sites on scheduled daily routes "ensuring you are home every night.
• Customer Service:
  Pick up empty cylinders from customer sites, record precise delivery and pickup logs, and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Vehicle Maintenance & Compliance:
  Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and keep accurate driver logbooks in accordance with DOT rules.

• CDL License / Trainee Status:
  Must possess a valid CDL (Class A or
  
  B) OR be willing and eligible to complete company-provided driver training to obtain a CDL.
