CDL Driver, Equipment Operator

Peck Striping, a proven leader in traffic control, road striping, and traffic signs is seeking a dynamic and passionate CDL Driver / Equipment Operator. A successful candidate must possess a CDL Class A lor B license, have the responsibility of operating and performing general maintenance, perform minor repairs on various types of vehicles and perform minor repairs on various types of equipment.

• Ability to safely drive and operate various types of trucks and equipment, including road striping, pavement marking removal using a grinding and water-blasting system, and other specialized pavement marking equipment.
• Strong mechanical and dexterity skills with the ability to perform equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Enjoys hard work and self-motivation.
• Ability to be self-directed as well as work in a team environment.
• Communicates well and gets along well with others.
• Able to follow all safety regulations, policies, and guidelines.
• Other tasks as needed.

• Valid, unexpired Driver's License; clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
• CDL Class A or B license.
• Prior equipment operation and driving experience.
• Tanker and air brake endorsements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and endure physical workload requirements.
• Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality.
• Able to work in extreme weather conditions: cold, heat, rain, wind, and dust.
