As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick‑fil‑A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick‑fil‑A Supply Salt Lake City Distribution Center in Salt Lake City, UT

This subsidiary is in the early stages of development and is a dynamic, fast‑paced work environment focused on launching this new service to Restaurants across the nation.
Monday through Saturday from 7 AM to 5:30 PM until the work is done. The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is needed during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts. 4‑Day Workweek (4, 10‑hour days).

Pay$23 per hour

- Maintain efficiency and organization: stay on your feet, actively engaging with unloading, staging, picking and loading products
- First‑class safety: operate machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely, keep the warehouse clean and safe
- Communicate and care: connect with care with everyone you come in contact with
- Professional development: other duties and growth opportunities may be assigned
- Extreme temperature work: rotate through temperatures from –10 °F to 100 °F to keep food safe
- Heavy lifting: reach, bend and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift; occasionally use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking) to safely follow verbal instructions, complete documentation and paperwork, and accurately interpret labels, pick lists, scanner prompts, signage, and company communications
- Preferred: prior warehouse or material handling experience; previous work in food distribution is a plus, but not required
