** Flooring Department Warehouse Associate
** RC Willey is seeking a Flooring Warehouse Associate for our South Salt Lake location. This warehouse-based role involves receiving and organizing flooring materials, managing inventory, loading and unloading products, and preparing items for delivery or store displays.

* Schedule:

** 6:30 AM - 3 PM  
** Starting Pay:** $17 hour, with a $1 increase once training is completed    
** Key Responsibilities
*** Load and unload products for contracted installers.
* Assist customers with loading and unloading merchandise from their vehicles.
* Load and unload transfer trailers.
* Process credit memos, including writing invoices and locating associated products.
* Maintain daily cleanliness of the warehouse and showroom.
* Partner with the Warehouse Lead to support inventory flow and inventory management.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
* All other duties as assigned
** Skills and Qualifications
*** Ability to safely lift and move products weighing up to 100 lbs.
* Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and other powered lifts, in a safe and efficient manner.
* Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet productivity and service goals.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining an organized and safe work environment.
* Basic communication skills and a customer focused mindset.
* Must be at least 18 years of age.
