Warehouse Logistics & Fulfillment Associate

Salt Lake Wholesale Sports is looking for a responsible and personable Warehouse Associate that can assist in shipping and receiving orders of ammunition daily. Associates must pass a criminal background check and have a valid drivers license.

Salt Lake Wholesale Sports  is the leading firearms and ammunition distributor in the Mountain West. We proudly supply pistols, rifles, shotguns, ammo, and gear to law‑enforcement agencies across eight states surrounding Utah. Our dedicated team thrives on collaboration and supporting one another every day.

We’re looking for a friendly, detail‑oriented team member to join our warehouse crew. In this role you will:

• Receive inbound shipments, unload trucks, and carefully inspect each item for completeness and condition.
• Document any damage and accurately log inventory into our system.
• Gather and prepare products for outbound orders, working closely with the operations staff.
• Coordinate with freight carriers to arrange shipments ranging from full‑truckloads to small parcel deliveries.
• Assist with weekly inventory counts and process returns as needed.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe for everyone.

Salt Lake Wholesale Sports uses basic accounting software and Excel in our inventory management. While a knowledge of these programs is not required, basic familiarity with Excel is a bonus. Most of all, this position requires problem solving. It is not a position that requires a high-level of foundational knowledge – it requires work ethic and attention to detail. We want to see your capacity to learn and problem solve on the job.

The wage is a starting wage at SLWS, and a 90 day performance review will occur to discuss additional compensation. SLWS also offers paid time off after your first year, quarterly bonuses based on performance, and health insurance (including vision) is included at no charge to you personally. Additional family members added to the insurance plan are paid for in part.

1. The ability to pass a background check verifying the following:

• are a U.S. citizen and/or Lawful Permanent Resident.
• are 21 years of age or older.
• have never been convicted of a felony or crime punishable by imprisonment.
• have never been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
• have never been adjudicated as mentally defective, been committed to a mental institution or have ever been treated for mental illness.
• have never been a fugitive from justice or an unlawful user of any controlled substance.
• have never been dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces.
• have never renounced your US citizenship; and are in fact a properly licensed US Citizen.
• are not currently subject to a court order, restraining order or have a warrant out for your arrest.

2. A valid Driver’s License with a decent driving record.

3. The ability to pass a drug screening at any time.
