Warehouse Fulfillment Associate

The Warehouse Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders in a fast-paced distribution center environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly and on time, while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. The associate is expected to meet established productivity and accuracy standards and contribute to a positive team culture.

• Pick products from warehouse shelves accurately using RF scanners, pick lists, or voice-directed systems
• Pack orders according to company standards, ensuring items are secured and properly labeled
• Verify order accuracy by confirming item quantities, SKUs, and shipping information before sealing
• Process outbound shipments and stage packages for carrier pickup or dock loading

• Assist with unloading inbound freight and verifying receipt against purchase orders
• Restock and replenish pick locations to maintain inventory levels and picking efficiency
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits as directed
• Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages to a supervisor promptly

• Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and conveyor systems (training provided)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with 5S standards
• Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies at all times
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives

• High school diploma or GED preferred; not required with relevant experience
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities
• Must be at least 18 years of age
