Warehouse, Forklift Operator

Role

Our warehouse team drives the flow of product through our warehouse by warehousing new inventory and picking, loading, packaging, and staging doors and related products for our customers. If you have experience in warehouse operations, distribution, receiving, shipping, assembly, inventory, manufacturing, and forklift driving, your experience is relevant to this position.

Training

Hours:

Full-time, Monday through Friday. 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Once training is completed:
Full-time, Monday through Friday. 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM.

$23.00 – DOE per hour to start, with multiple wage increase opportunities within the first year.

• Stock all warehouse bins.
• Truck loading for outbound daily deliveries.
• Assist in the cycle count process.
• Prepare customer orders by pulling and packaging products per branch SOP.
• Prepare and package intercompany product transfers.
• Deliver completed orders to the assigned staging area.
• Load customers’ call orders.
• Identify damaged, lost, or missing products and notify the supervisor immediately.

• Prior successful warehouse experience preferred.
• Previous experience operating a sit‑down and reach forklift is preferred.
• Hard‑working, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented.
• Special preference given to candidates with experience loading and packaging palletized freight.
• Able to stand (8‑9 hrs per day), walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Able to regularly lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift items up to 70 pounds.
• Collaborate in team lifts for objects between 70 and 150 pounds and maneuver items weighing up to 150 pounds.
• Able to pass a pre‑employment drug test, including marijuana.

• $23.00 – DOE per hour.
