Inventory Clerk

You will work Monday through Friday starting at 6 AM until the day’s work is finished.

You will count bulk merchandise, perform inventory adjustments, research discrepancies, and support physical inventory counts. You will also provide work direction to Inventory Clerks in the absence of the supervisor. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and education is required. Normally less than one year of equivalent work experience is needed, making this an excellent entry level opportunity. You must have strong product knowledge or the ability to learn quickly. Good interpersonal skills for working with team members and other departments are essential. Strong mathematical skills for counting and reconciling inventory are necessary.

You need strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records. The ability to implement processes that result in satisfactory audit practices is expected. You must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel for basic data entry and reporting. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing is required. You must be able to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory counts.

Compliance with DEA regulations and safety rules is mandatory.

This full time position pays USD 23.55 per hour, which translates to approximately USD 49,000 annually based on a forty hour week. Overtime is available and paid at applicable rates.
