A growing manufacturing and distribution organization is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Site Operations Manager to lead day-to-day facility operations in the Greater Salt Lake City area.

This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across warehousing, distribution, inventory management, production support, staffing, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will be a hands‑on leader who can develop teams, improve processes, and deliver measurable results in a fast‑paced environment.

• Lead warehouse, distribution, and operational teams to achieve productivity, quality, and service objectives.
• Develop and coach supervisors and frontline leaders.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage labor planning, staffing, scheduling, and workforce development.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive operational strategy and continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain high standards for inventory accuracy, customer service, and operational efficiency.

• 5+ years of operations leadership experience in manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, or logistics.
• Proven experience leading large teams and developing supervisors.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and operational performance metrics.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required based on experience.
