Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd shift

Job Summary

Responsible for the daily administration and operation of the warehouse, overseeing receipt, storage, shipment of materials, and reporting per established procedures. Directs and supervises warehouse staff, ensuring efficient use of space, equipment protection, and adherence to safety standards.

• Oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials conforming to procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory and account for all items.
• Audit goods upon receipt and ensure proper documentation.
• Coach and mentor staff on productivity, quality, safety, and core values.
• Complete routine paperwork timely and accurately.
• Assist manager in maintaining a safe work environment.
• Lead day‑to‑day activities, assign and review work, provide technical guidance on complex issues.
• Contribute to hiring, firing and performance review processes.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse‑related issues.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent;
  Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience coaching and training staff.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience (basic skill level).

The anticipated salary range for this position is $67,000.00 – $ annually. Actual salary varies based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. The role is bonus and/or incentive eligible and will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
