Duties & Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Verify shipment accuracy against bills of lading and purchase orders.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments as directed.
- Prepare materials for production and coordinate material staging.
- Package and label finished goods according to DOT and internal requirements.
- Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper segregation of chemicals.
- Identify and report damaged, expired, or mis-labeled products.
- Train and mentor new Warehouse Clerk 1 employees on daily operations.
- High School diploma or equivalent and 2-4+ years of experienceor associate degree plus 0-2+ years of experience
- Knowledge of basic warehouse and inventory processes.
- Forklift operation and safe material handling skills.
- Familiarity with SDS, labeling, and warehouse documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
- Ability to communicate clearly with logistics, production, and QA staff.
- Current forklift certification.
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems preferred.
