Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Fulfillment Associate for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Salt Lake City, UT. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on warehouse work, staying active throughout the day, and contributing to accurate, on-time customer order fulfillment.

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
• Receive, verify, and organize incoming inventory to support daily warehouse operations.
• Assist with kitting, fulfillment programs, bulk orders, and special warehouse projects.
• Load and unload shipments as needed while following safe handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse work area.
• Work with warehouse leadership and team members to meet daily deadlines and quality expectations.

• Pay: $18.00 per hour.
• Job Type: Temp-to-hire.
• Schedule:
  
  Full-time, Monday through Friday.
• Shift: Daytime hours.
• Overtime opportunities may be available during peak seasons.
• No nights or weekends in most cases.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 to 2 years of warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, or production operations experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time-management skills.
• Reliable, punctual, team-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Ability to follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
• Basic computer skills are helpful.

• Previous warehouse fulfillment, order picking, packing, kitting, or shipping experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced production, operations, or distribution environment.
• Familiarity with inventory accuracy, bulk orders, and deadline-driven warehouse workflows.
