Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Salt Lake City, UT. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys hands-on warehouse work, staying active throughout the day, and contributing to accurate, on-time customer order fulfillment.

You will work closely with warehouse leadership and team members in a positive, organized environment where attention to detail directly supports daily operations and customer satisfaction.

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
• Receive, verify, and organize incoming inventory to support daily warehouse operations.
• Assist with kitting, fulfillment programs, bulk orders, and special warehouse projects.
• Load and unload shipments as needed while following safe handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse work area.
• Partner with warehouse leadership and team members to meet daily deadlines and quality expectations.

• Pay: $18.00 per hour.
• Job Type: Temp-to-hire.
• Schedule:
  
  Full-time, Monday through Friday.
• Shift: Daytime hours.
• Overtime opportunities may be available during peak seasons.

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for accurate and timely shipment.
• Receive and organize inventory to support efficient warehouse workflow.
• Assist with kitting, fulfillment, bulk orders, and special warehouse projects.
• Support loading, unloading, and general warehouse organization.
• 1 to 2 years of warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, production, or operations experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and stay active throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Team-oriented attitude with the ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Previous experience in order fulfillment, inventory handling, kitting, or shipping and receiving.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, production, distribution, or warehouse operations environment.
• Ability to work overtime during peak seasons when needed.
• Interest in a temp-to-hire role with long-term growth potential.
