Salary Range: $18.00 To $20.00 Hourly

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) warehouse team. This position supports the receiving, handling, storage, inventory, staging, and loading of furniture, fixtures, equipment, artwork, and other project materials for designer and hospitality projects.

The ideal candidate is strong, loves to be active, and takes pride in accuracy, organization, safe work practices, and protecting customer property.

• Receive, inspect, label, and properly store incoming FF&E.
• Safely handle furniture, fixtures, equipment, artwork, and other high-value or specialty items.
• Pick, stage, wrap, pack, and prepare inventory for deliveries, installations, and projects.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers while properly protecting and securing inventory.
• Accurately scan and maintain inventory using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and assist with resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and ensure items are stored in the correct location.
• Identify and immediately report damage, shortages, or inventory discrepancies.
• Use moving equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, carts, and forklifts safely when trained and authorized.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Follow company procedures for inventory handling, safety, damage prevention, and documentation.
• Assist with warehouse moves, project preparation, deliveries, and other operational tasks as assigned.

• Previous warehouse, moving, logistics, furniture, or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience handling furniture or high-value materials is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Basic computer skills; WMS experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Forklift experience/certification is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to take direction.
• Professional attitude and strong commitment to protecting customer property.

• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to safely maneuver larger or awkward items with assistance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, push, and pull for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in varying warehouse conditions.
