We are looking for a detail-oriented Receiver to join our warehouse team and manage incoming inventory at our Giga One and South Salt Lake facilities. This role is essential for maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring our manufacturing teams have the parts they need to build the future of energy infrastructure. You will be the first point of contact for incoming shipments, responsible for verifying precision in our supply chain and maintaining data integrity within our warehouse management system.

• Accept deliveries from truck drivers and verify that shipments are intended for our warehouse.
• Check packing slips, bills of lading, and purchase orders for accuracy.
• Inspect incoming products for damage, missing items, or incorrect quantities.
• Compare arrived goods against system orders to identify discrepancies.
• Enter received items into the Net Suite warehouse management system, including scanning barcodes and labeling products.
• Update stock levels and ensure inventory is properly organized and labeled for storage.
• Communicate effectively with purchasing, inventory control, and warehouse staff regarding arrivals or shipment issues.
• Utilize pallet jacks or forklifts to move materials to staging areas or storage locations.
• File paperwork related to shipments and report all shortages or damages.

• 4+ years of experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving operations.
• Proven experience in a receiving-specific role within a warehouse environment.
• Certified or highly proficient in forklift operation and moving heavy materials.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); experience with Net Suite is strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a solution-based mindset for resolving shipping discrepancies.

• Location + Travel Primarily based at Giga One (Salt Lake City), with regular work at our South Salt Lake Headquarters.
• Schedule Full-Time, Hourly - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Friday
• Compensation $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
