- Berpengalaman di bidang collection/remedial lebih disukai
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik, teliti, serta mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi & SIM C aktif
- Penempatan di Cabang CIMB Niaga Auto Finance area Kalimantan (Samarinda)
- Menangani kredit bermasalah overdue tinggi
- Melakukan negosiasi pembayaran
- Monitoring penyelesaian tunggakan
- Menyusun laporan remedial secara berkala
