• Control, monitoring, and development of sales.
• Monitoring and development of promoter (training, coaching, and counseling).
• Merchant relation and development.
• Handling Samarinda area.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Preferably staff (non‑management & non‑supervisor) specialized in sales – financial services (insurance, unit trust, etc.) or equivalent.
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel.

• Strong leadership and able to manage team and area.
• Good communication skill and marketing skill with social media.
