- Liaison:
Act as the primary communication link between partners and bolttech internal teams. - Strategy & Growth:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans and business strategies to meet revenue/profit targets and drive business expansion. - Account Management:
Manage key account relationships, acquire new partners, and oversee ongoing sales activities to maximize business opportunities. - Market Intelligence:
Conduct regular customer visits, market analysis, and competitive intelligence gathering to identify growth areas. - Performance Analysis:
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and internal management reports to continuously improve operations. - Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally to address market demands, resolve customer issues, and coordinate distributor activities.
