• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a maintenance technician role.
• Proven experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting & repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical diagrams.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety procedures, including OSHA standards.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
