360 Home Services is a locally owned exterior home cleaning company serving high‑end residential neighborhoods on the Eastside. We specialize in gutter cleaning and pressure washing and operate with clear systems, high standards, and a strong focus on professionalism and reliability.

This is not seasonal or gig work. We are building a disciplined, long‑term operation.

We are hiring a full‑time Exterior Cleaning Technician to be a core operator on our fulfillment team. This is a hands‑on, physical role focused on quality execution, efficiency, and professional on‑site presence.

Applicants must own a pickup truck with towing capacity. This role requires regular equipment and trailer transport. Candidates without a truck that can tow will not be considered.

• Base Pay: $17.29–$23.00/hour (W-2)
• Bonuses: Production and performance‑based incentives tied to efficiency, quality, and job completion. Details discussed during interview.

• Perform gutter cleaning (ladder work required)
• Pressure wash driveways, patios, walkways, siding, and exterior surfaces
• Transport equipment and trailers between job sites
• Follow written work orders with clear scope and time expectations
• Take before‑and‑after photos for quality control
• Maintain clean, professional job sites
• Communicate respectfully with homeowners when needed

• Owns a pickup truck with towing capacity (non‑negotiable)
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable with physical labor and outdoor work
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs and work safely on ladders
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Professional, reliable, and coachable

Experience in exterior cleaning or home maintenance is a plus, but not required
