Job Description

• Student must have the ability to communicate & listen effectively while working with others.
• Student must be dependable & should be energetic.
• Student must be professional in dress and manner.
• Serve as a receptionist when needed, welcoming and serving visitors, answering phones, running errands, and assist with events.
• Performs a variety of clerical tasks in a professional and service-oriented manner under supervision. Such as copying, filing, scanning, and data entry.
• Knowledge of clerical and general office procedures and practices; knowledge of spelling, grammar, and punctuation; knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications and software.
• Skilled in the operation of a personal computer, as appropriate to the assignment; skilled in oral and written communication;
• Ability to organize and complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner; ability to perform work requiring accuracy and attention to detail; ability to operate a variety of office equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Can be a work-study position but work-study is not required.

Required Qualifications

• Must currently be an enrolled student and registered for classes.
• Must currently be in the ASU Eva Camunez Tucker Up and Coming Scholars Program.

Preferred Qualifications

Physical Demands

• Walking, sitting, lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Be able to push up to 15 lbs.

$8.00
