Comfort Keepers is seeking a dedicated, experienced Client Care Coordinator for our San Angelo office. The CCC is responsible for providing engaged, extraordinary service to seniors in the San Angelo area while achieving consistent growth for the office. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will work with our network of caring professionals to deliver one-on-one care that enhances the quality of life for our clients while delivering on our promise to elevate the human spirit.
Job SummaryThe Client Care Coordinator (CCC) is responsible for managing the client experience from referral to continuity of care. The role begins in the field, assisting with developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources such as assisted/independent living facilities, hospice providers, geriatric care managers, medical specialists and other senior-related referral sources. The CCC will interact with prospective clients by taking referral calls, educating them on our services, and scheduling in‑home visits.
Once a client joins Comfort Keepers, the CCC manages their uninterrupted care through the organization of family resources and other methods, such as community providers, insurance companies, case managers, and other third‑party payors. Finally, the CCC works directly with the Scheduler to ensure client shifts and hours are matched with caregiver qualifications to provide a platinum experience for our clients.
- Demonstrates initiative by being proactive in problem‑solving, taking ownership, and learning and adapting to changing situations.
- Manages multiple tasks, prioritizes responsibilities, meets deadlines, maintains attention to detail, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and switches between activities efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Docu Sign.
- Demonstrated leadership and outstanding people‑management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with people from diverse and varied backgrounds and education levels.
- Exceptional customer‑service skills and written and verbal communication.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license with the ability to pass a background check (including motor‑vehicle records).
- Manages personal stress and consistently presents a positive, professional image.
- Participates in on‑call rotation as assigned.

Walking, sitting, and standing with lifting not expected to exceed 25 pounds. Extended time at a computer work screen and on the telephone. Office and field work both required.
