The right person will be professional, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of helping create smoother systems as the company continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate residential remodeling and construction projects from start to finish
  • Support project schedules, timelines, budgets, and daily priorities
  • Work closely with the owner, superintendent, field team, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
  • Help collect and maintain jobsite information, project updates, and job costing data
  • Assist with estimating, change orders, scope review, and project documentation
  • Track labor, materials, and subcontractor progress to support accurate project management
  • Communicate clearly with clients and trades to keep projects organized and moving forward
  • Identify potential delays, budget concerns, or quality issues early and help resolve them
  • Support the development of repeatable systems and processes as the company grows
  • Ensure projects are completed with strong craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Represent WES-TEX with integrity, respect, and a calm, solution-focused attitude
Qualifications:
  • Residential construction, remodeling, project management, superintendent, or field leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, jobsite flow, scheduling, and project coordination
  • Estimating, job costing, or budgeting experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate professionally with clients, trades, vendors, and internal team members
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep accurate project information
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Hands‑on construction background strongly preferred
  • Clean, professional, client‑facing presentation
  • Trustworthy, level‑headed, dependable, and solution‑oriented
  • Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check, consistent with applicable law.
Pay and Benefits:
  • Full‑time position, W‑2 Employment
  • Pay: $25–$32 per hour, based on experience
  • Overtime opportunities may be available based on project workload and schedules. Opportunity for long‑term growth with a developing company
  • Work on custom residential remodeling, additions, carpentry, and construction projects
  • Supportive, family‑oriented work environment
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance are not currently offered
  • Schedule:

Full‑time, Monday‑Friday. Occasional flexibility may be required based on project schedules and client needs.
