- Assist customers with minor technology issues such as connecting personal devices to the network.
- Ensure printers are stocked with paper and toner. Troubleshoot minor printer issues such as paper jams.
- Check out laptop, hotspots, and other items to customers using inventory management software.
- Ensure lab computers are operational and troubleshoot minor issues as they arise.
- Work shifts that may fall anywhere between 7:00 AM and midnight, Sunday through Saturday. If the employee is unable to make his/her shift, they are asked to coordinate coverage with their coworkers.
- Must be a currently enrolled student, registered for classes, and in good academic standing.
- Must maintain a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
- Ability to effectively communicate one on one with end users.
- Basic troubleshooting ability with some or all of the following:
- Windows OS
- Mac OS
- Mobile devices
- Installing printer paper and ink cartridges.
Salary:
Starting at $12 an hour
