Automotive Appointment Coordinator​/Cashier

Purpose

The Service Appointment Coordinator/Cashier position is responsible for generating service appointments with customers that contact the dealership by phone or the internet for service of vehicles. This job delivers a customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate and courteous manner. This position uses lead management tools, Reynolds software and the internet to manage workflow andupdate customer files.

• Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism.
• Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the Reynolds system
• Generate service appointments.
• Conduct customer phone follow up.
• Effectively utilize lead management tools.
• Complete all necessary reports, forms and other documentation on a timely basis.
• Perform cashier duties as requested.
• Cross trained in cashier and scanning positions as well.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Go out of your way to take care of the customer.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in call center environment.
