Nephrologist Spectacular

Shannon Clinic is seeking a BC/BE Nephrology physician to assist with the growth of a growing practice and one who is a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills to join our exceptional team in beautiful San Angelo, TX. Shannon is locally owned, governed, and not-for-profit organization. We are the sole healthcare system in San Angelo and surrounding cities.

• In this role, the physician is responsible for providing inpatient Nephrology consults and follow-up, outpatient Nephrology consults and follow-up, and evaluation of patients with acute, chronic, and end-stage kidney disease; and fluid, electrolyte, and acid-base disorders.
• Develops treatment plans, including but not limited to dialysis (hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, and continuous renal replacement therapy). Rounds on hospitalized patients, follows up with patients in the clinics, transcribes prescription medications, enters requests for consultative services, provides diet instructions, and makes other physician-driven decisions.

Work Schedule
:
Monday through Friday. Traditionalist with paid time off.
