Job Description

* Serve as a peer mentor and resource for new students and their families

* Assist with the planning, facilitation, and execution of orientation programs and events

* Present accurate information about campus resources, policies, and academic expectations

* Lead small groups, campus tours, and transition activities to support student engagement

* Model professionalism, campus belonging, school spirit, and university values

* Collaborate with staff and fellow student leaders to ensure a welcoming orientation experience

* Other duties as assigned based on event need during orientation programming

Required Qualifications

Must be a currently enrolled student and registered for classes for the Fall semester.

Preferred Qualifications Physical Demands

Sitting, standing, bending, walking and carrying items up to 20 pounds.

Salary $7.50/hr EEO Statement
