We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused Program Director to help lead our team and create exceptional experiences for every family who walks through our doors.

What You’ll DoAs our Program Director, you’ll be the day-to-day leader of the gym floor, ensuring our coaches are confident, supported, and delivering an outstanding experience in every class.
This role is approximately 60% coaching and teaching and 40% leadership and operational support.
Responsibilities- Teach approximately 60% of weekly classes, camps, parties, and special events.
- Lead by example, delivering high-energy, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classes.
- Coach, mentor, and train team members to deliver The Little Gym experience with excellence.
- Provide ongoing feedback and support to coaches to ensure consistency and quality.
- Help manage daily gym operations and ensure classes run smoothly.
- Maintain exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with families.
- Create a positive, encouraging culture for both staff and members.
- Assist with class scheduling, curriculum implementation, and program execution.
- Ensure the gym is clean, organized, safe, and ready for every class.
- Support special events, community outreach opportunities, and member engagement initiatives.
- Serve as the primary operational leader during scheduled shifts.
While this is a leadership position, the Program Director is not primarily responsible for:
- Hiring or terminating employees
- Payroll or financial management
- Budgeting or accounting
- Overall business ownership responsibilities
Instead, you’ll partner closely with the owners and Director to ensure our coaches, programs, and families receive an exceptional experience every day.

- Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment.
- Evening and weekend availability.
