About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to support infrastructure and construction programs at Goodfellow AFB. You will play a key role in design review, project management, and construction oversight across utilities, roads, and public works systems.

Job Status: COA (Contingent on Award)
Key Responsibilities- Perform engineering analysis and design reviews
- Oversee infrastructure projects (water, sewer, roads, facilities)
- Support cost estimating, risk analysis, and quality control
- Prepare SOW/SoO and technical documentation
- Conduct site inspections and compliance reviews
- Coordinate with contractors and government stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited)
- EIT required; PE preferred
- 10+ years of civil engineering or construction experience
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- Specs Intact (or equivalent)
- RSMeans / E4
