We are seeking a dedicated Surgical Tech/First Assist to join our Surgery Services team in San Angelo, TX.
Responsibilities- Assist surgeons during procedures by providing instrument and supply management
- Prepare operating rooms, ensuring sterile environments and proper setup
- Anticipate surgeon needs and respond promptly to facilitate efficient surgeries
- Provide direct patient care and support pre- and post-operative processes
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to infection control protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
