Provide full‑time physical therapy services in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. Deliver patient care, develop treatment plans, and track progress throughout the assignment.

• Active Texas SNF UNIT license
• At least 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Valid licensure and certification required (TX)
