• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP or in process of obtaining licensure.
• At least one year of professional experience.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current CCC certification.
• Other requirements as determined by the facility.

The Speech Language Pathologist / SLP is responsible for the assessment of referred patients who require treatment for speech, hearing, and/or language deficits, teaching patients to improve speech, voice, or language skills, and teaching swallowing strategies.

• Provide skilled speech therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions.
• Set realistic, achievable goals to develop or recover reliable communication and swallowing skills.
