Description:
Positions are for a new emergency department opening.
Previous travel experience is required.
Facility may consider full-time options of 36 or 48 hours per week.
Must start on 03/30/2026.
Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in an emergency department.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are also required.
Responsibilities include triage, management of dysrhythmias, and obtaining 12 lead ECGs.
Candidates will perform blood product administration and central line care/management.
Starting and maintaining IVs and administering emergency medications will be expected.
Working with patients of various age groups, including neonates, adolescents, and geriatrics is part of the role.
The daily census is approximately 150 patients, with a patient ratio of 4:1 during shifts.
Interdisciplinary support is available, including respiratory services and pharmacy.
Clinicians are expected to meet specific compliance requirements prior to starting.
Travel experience is highly preferred.
Completion of necessary labs within 72 hours of accepting the offer is essential.
