Description:
Positions are for a new hospital acquisition.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Certifications in BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS are required.
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced emergency environment.
Responsibilities include triage, management of dysrhythmias, and administering emergency medications.
The facility averages a daily census of 150 patients.
The emergency department has a patient ratio of 4 patients per nurse.
Support services include respiratory services, social services, and pharmacy.
Candidates should be prepared to work with diverse patient age groups, including neonates and geriatrics.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for this position.
