Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assesspatients’ physical, emotional, and social needs to developpersonalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic activities and interventions to help patients regain or improvefunctional independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive equipment, and strategies toenhance daily living.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and update care plans asneeded.
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations, aswell as professional standards of practice.
• Adapt quickly to newclinical environments and provide compassionate,patient-centered care.

• · Current and valid state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• · NBCOT (National Boardfor Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
• · Previous clinical experience in occupational therapy (1–2 years preferred, but newgrads may be considered).
• · Strong interpersonal,communication, and problem-solving skills.
