Job DescriptionWeare seeking skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our professional network. As an OT, you will have the opportunity to work in diverse healthcare settings—includinghospitals, rehabilitation centers, outpatient clinics, schools, andlong-term care facilities. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assesspatients’ physical, emotional, and social needs to developpersonalized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic activities and interventions to help patients regain or improvefunctional independence.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive equipment, and strategies toenhance daily living.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and update care plans asneeded.
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations, aswell as professional standards of practice.
- Adapt quickly to newclinical environments and provide compassionate,patient-centered care.
- · Current and valid state license as an Occupational Therapist.
- · NBCOT (National Boardfor Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
- · Previous clinical experience in occupational therapy (1–2 years preferred, but newgrads may be considered).
- · Strong interpersonal,communication, and problem-solving skills.
