Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient care and support, collaborating with team members.
- Ensure quality service delivery tailored to patient needs.
- Educational background in Social Work, with a Master's degree preferred.
- Experience in social work services, counseling, or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years preferred.
- Licenses required include LMSW or LCSW, with certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and SAFE Approach Level III.
- Ability to meet licensing requirements in the relevant state.
- Current licensure in the state of Texas.
- Experience in social work and counseling, with preferred expertise in social work services.
- Certifications including BLS and SAFE Level III, required within specified time frames.
