Role Overview: We are seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to provide critical respiratory care, assessment, and treatment for patients of all ages. Your responsibilities include administering oxygen therapy, ventilator management, aerosolized medications, and responding to respiratory emergencies. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans, educate patients and families on respiratory equipment and management, and ensure proper maintenance of equipment and documentation of treatments.
Qualifications & Skills: Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program, hold a Texas Respiratory Care Practitioner License and a Registered Respiratory Therapist License
, and possess a Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate
. Additional certifications such as NRP and S.T.A.B.L.E. are required for NICU-specific roles.
