Certified Respiratory Therapist

Role & Responsibilities:

• Perform respiratory therapy procedures on patients with diverse needs and abnormalities.
• Supervise relevant positions (if applicable).
• Ensure patient care by assisting with physical activities, location changes, and emergency situations.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing protective equipment and handling hazardous chemicals.

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Physical strength to lift, push, or pull loads up to 50 pounds.
• Sufficient mobility, stamina, and physical capability for frequent movement and patient assistance.
• Ability to see clearly with corrective lenses and hear clearly with assistance.
• Prepared to handle infectious diseases, toxic substances, and irregular hours.

• Continual sitting, frequent bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, and twisting.
• Physical activities include standing, walking, bending, and assisting in patient care.
• May be exposed to infectious agents, chemicals, and may require protective gear.
• Occasional to continuous activity conditions with activity levels specified.
