Role Overview:
Plans and implements evidence-based speech therapy programs for patients across all ages, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans aligned with accepted speech pathology practices.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
- Education:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology with required licensure to practice. - Experience:
Minimum of one year in speech-language pathology, with preferred experience in diverse patient populations. - Certifications:
Current CPR certification; obtain licensure if not already licensed within ninety days.
- Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques across age groups.
- Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
- Ability to develop tailored treatment strategies.
