What You'll Do
- Provide formal initial qualification training (IQT) for intelligence personnel assigned to support platform- and weapon system-specific operations at the Squadron, Operational Support Squadron, Group, or Wing level.
- Prepare course materials, develop training exercises, and keep curriculum up to date with any technology, system, or tool updates.
- Instruct through lecture and hands‑on, practical demonstrations of analytic tools and threat knowledge resources (AFTTPs, intelligence community websites, etc.).
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback at the close of training events.
- Training topics shall include ISR asset/collection fundamentals (RADAR/IR theory, SIGINT, GEOINT, Special Payloads), weapons capabilities/employment, threats to mission execution and basing, Intelligence Preparation of the Battlespace, and introduction to core Air Force mission sets supported by the ISR community to include: ISR, Offensive and Defensive Counter‑Air, Close Air Support, Combat Search and Rescue, Counter‑land, Counter‑Sea, and Strike Coordination and Reconnaissance.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance on day 1.
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience OR Associate's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Experience in All-Source Intelligence or targeting (14N, 1N0, 1N8).
- Prior operational deployment experience.
- Recent hands‑on experience in CIC, MPC or Unit-Level Intelligence operations.
- Proficiency in analog intelligence product development (Charts, RFI trackers, Manual Order of Battle and Disposition of Forces tracking).
- Recent experience with MIST, Thresher, Bodhi and similar situational awareness tools.
- Experience in exercise scripting and facilitation (White Cell).
- On-the-Job trainer/evaluator or formal training instructor qualification.
Pay Range: $65,650.00 – $. The pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Additional factors include responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, internal equity, market data, bargaining agreements, and other law.
