Job Title: AI.ML Engineer (Google)
Compensation: $125000 / Year

The AI/ML Solutions Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and supporting scalable AI and machine learning solutions that improve business operations and drive innovation across the organization. This hands‑on role partners closely with finance, operations, and business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and develop production‑ready AI applications, with a strong focus on Generative AI and LLM‑powered solutions within healthcare, insurance, and regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deploy AI/ML solutions using Google Cloud Platform tools such as Vertex AI, Gemini APIs, Big Query, and Dataflow.
- Develop Generative AI applications including document processing, knowledge retrieval, claims summarization, and chatbot solutions.
- Implement prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, model tuning, and MLOps best practices.
- Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, including deployment, monitoring, and automated retraining.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and governance standards including SOC 1, SOC 2, HIPAA, and CMMC‑aligned controls.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into scalable AI solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences and support responsible AI adoption.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science.
- Strong experience with GCP services, Python, and ML frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or scikit‑learn.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
- Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, encryption, and secure development practices.
- Preferred experience in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries, along with familiarity with HIPAA, SOC compliance, and AI governance.
