• Shift: 3rd Shift - Nights Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 7:00 pm – 3:00 am

We’re hiring Custodians to help keep things clean and running smoothly. No prior experience is required — training will be provided.

A Day in the Life of a Janitor/Custodian at CW Resources

• Start your day by checking in with your supervisor and teammates to go over the cleaning plan.
• Grab your cleaning supplies—mops, brooms, vacuums, disinfectants—and load up if necessary.
• When you arrive at your assigned area, you’ll:
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum the floors
  • Take out the trash and replace bags
  • Clean restrooms, refill supplies, and wipe down tables, chairs, doors, and more
  • Dust furniture, shelves, and vents
  • Wipe windows, mirrors, and glass doors
• Before finishing your shift, walk through the area once more to ensure everything is clean and neat.
• Return tools and supplies to the storage area and prepare for tomorrow.

Physical & Environmental Demands

• Remain on feet frequently, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching while cleaning
• Perform repeated motions such as mopping, sweeping, wiping, and scrubbing
• Lift and move cleaning tools and supplies weighing up to 25–30 lb
• Navigate stairs, ramps, or uneven floors while carrying items
• Work indoors; rooms may vary in temperature and lighting
• Use cleaning products like sprays and disinfectants; protective gear will be provided
• Encounter dust, dirt, or allergens; protective measures will be taken
• Potential exposure to blood or body fluids; safety protocols will be followed
• Clean tight spaces such as under sinks or behind furniture
• Use of loud equipment; hearing protection as needed
