As Branch Director, you will manage the daily branch operations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring operational efficiencies, quality of patient care, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will support business development and patient base growth, achieve goals, and manage/develop people. The Branch Director manages the branch/clinical staff and is directly responsible for ensuring the branch meets applicable Federal, State, and local laws regarding the certification and licensure process.

You will be responsible for long‑range planning, fiscal viability, and the quality of care provided by the branch. Recruit, interview and hire staff, monitor quality care and organizational performance, and assist other disciplines in coordinating activities, assuming responsibility for continuity, appropriateness, and quality of services delivered.

This is an onsite role in San Angelo, Texas. You will report to the Area Director of Operations.

Essential Functions
  • Develop, plan, implement, analyze, and organize operations for the Branch.
  • Deliver care for all patients served by the Branch by providing guidance and support to the Clinical Manager(s).
  • Work together with the Area Director of Operations or the AVP of Operations and Finance Department to establish the Branch’s revenue and budget goals.
  • Recognize the clinical leadership and provide support to the Clinical Manager(s) to promote performance and delivery of quality home‑care services.
  • Maintain office operations in an organized, productive, and safe manner, meeting local ordinances and fire and safety regulations in compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct quality‑improvement quarterly committee meetings, review all patient satisfaction data, and follow up on negative patient satisfaction surveys and follow‑up visits with referral sources.
  • Communicate with the Area Director of Operations or the AVP of Operations for direction and implementation of programs and protocols.
  • Partner with Sales Directors and Account Manager(s) to meet budgeted admission goals and participate in sales and marketing projects.
Required Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience motivating, educating, supervising, and supporting staff and developing a cohesive team.
  • Experienced with quality‑improvement monitoring and reporting tools and methods.
  • Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Fiscal management experience.
  • EMR proficiency.
  • Must have a valid state driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile liability insurance.
Preferred Experience
  • Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Texas, or possession of a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) member state.
  • Home Health experience.
  • OASIS experience.
  • Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience.
  • Knowledge of PDGM billing requirements.
Schedule and Compensation
  • Scheduled weekly hours: 40
  • Pay range: $93,000 – $128,000 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
