Sales Manager (Optical Retail

Role:

Sales Manager at an on-site optical store, responsible for driving sales, supervising daily operations, and coaching team members to achieve goals.

• Lead sales initiatives to surpass personal and store targets while delivering excellent customer service.
• Support store operations by recruiting, training, and developing staff; foster collaboration with Clinical and Lab teams.
• Analyze performance reports to ensure team goals are met and maintain proper lab production standards.
• Support customer service through repairs, lens assembly, and timely delivery of eyewear, ensuring brand standards and delivery commitments are upheld.
• Act as Manager on Duty, support talent acquisition, and maintain effective communication with support centers and HR.
• Address equipment issues and ensure smooth store functioning.

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment with at least one year of team management.
• Ability to develop sales strategies, multitask, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong communication skills to engage with diverse groups.
• High school diploma or equivalent; optical experience is a plus.

Passionate about customer care, innovative, proactive, and committed to high standards while empowering others. Flexibility and knowledge of MS Office or Google Docs are preferred.
