NextGen Pastor

Paul Ann Church is seeking a Next Gen Pastor who will bring strong leadership, biblical teaching, and a heart for discipling students and young adults to our staff team. This executive-level role provides direction, vision, and hands-on support to ministries spanning Middle School through College & Young Adults, including leadership, development, and oversight of the Next Gen staff team. The Next Gen Pastor will help create engaging worship environments, cultivate genuine relationships, and prioritize teaching and discipleship opportunities that help the next generation grow in their walk with Jesus.

We’re looking for someone who leads with humility and a deep love for God and people, is committed to reaching the lost with the good news of Jesus, can unite teams around the church’s mission, shepherd young people with care, and communicate with families with grace and clarity.

Located in San Angelo, Texas, Paul Ann Church is deeply committed to reaching the next generation with the good news of Jesus. Our church gathers over 2,000 people each weekend and regularly engages 300–350 students in worship and discipleship on Wednesday nights. We’re a church family that loves being together in God’s presence, values authentic community, and is devoted to sharing God’s Word in ways that help people understand and follow Jesus.
