Volunteer Coordinator

Requirements include demonstrated ability to conduct volunteer activity, including coordination, recruiting, public relations and fundraising. Demonstrated ability to conduct volunteer training, develop policy and procedures. Two or more years of supervisory experience required with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Must be able to execute a supportive and sensitive approach to volunteer and patient/family needs.

WTRC is seeking a qualified candidate that possesses excellent relationship building skills and is deep-rooted in the community to join our hospice team as a Volunteer Coordinator. This position coordinates all volunteer services for our hospice patients and follows all National and State regulations. This position is responsible for recruiting, education, and retention of all hospice volunteers.
