• 60 months of role experience is preferred with some in the last 12 months.
• Preferred 60 months of Operating Room experience.
• Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
• Trauma Level 2 experience is required from any number of months

• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >110 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
