What You'll Do:
As an LVN, you'll provide hands-on nursing care, assist with medications, perform health assessments, support vaccination/testing efforts, and document all care activities. You'll work closely with a clinical team to follow individualized care plans.
What We're Looking For:
• Active Texas LVN/LPN license
• 2+ years' experience in acute care, LTC, public health, or clinic settings preferred
• Behavioral health or dual-diagnosis experience is a plus
• CPR (AHA), photo , recent PPD, and COVID-19 card (if applicable)
• Must pass drug screen, background check & FBI fingerprinting
