The Med/Surg Night Shift Clinical Manager is responsible for supporting the Nurse Director in the safe and effective provision of care for the Medical/Surgical unit, maintaining both management and clinical nurse roles in the department, and serving as director in the director’s absence.
Required EducationGraduation from an accredited School of Nursing, BSN.

Required ExperienceTwo years of shift leader/charge nurse experience in the med/surg area or equivalent.
Preferred Experience5 years of shift leader/charge nurse experience in med/surg.
